The instructions below will guide you on your way to success!

1. Please make sure that you and your company profile meet the eligibility criteria and that your innovation fits into the innovation themes before submitting your application;
2. We advise you to first read the questionnaire available here before filling it in: . All applications are made on the platform, applications that will be sent by e-mail or any other means will not be considered;
3. Applications must be registered before Wednesday September 01, 2021 at 23:59 GMT. Any applications submitted after this date will not be considered;
4. If you have any questions, please consult the FAQ or write to us at we4f@gfa-group.de before August 22, 2021 23:50 GMT;
5. Applicants can fill in the questionnaire in several times: to do so, simply click on the “save” icon and resume filling in the form at the last completed question. Please make sure you have saved your application before submitting it!
6. All questions are mandatory, please make sure you have completed them before submitting your application.
7. Please attach all required documents for the review of your application, i.e. trade register, tax register and business plan.
8. The applicant can complete his/her application with a 3-minute (maximum) video in .mp4 format presenting the innovator, his/her company and the innovation.
   The applicant must certify the authenticity of the information given in the questionnaire by checking a box at the end of the questionnaire in order to be considered. A verification of this information may be requested from our partners established in the nine countries concerned.innovators, allowing the exchange of experiences.
